- Wave pool & Rain dance will be accessible only to guests wearing lycra, nylon, polyester clothing.
- Children below height 3'3" will get free entry to the park.

- In case of cancellation, standard cancellation charges of 25% of the bookings will be applicable.
- Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
- Any Refund requested will be processed subject to non-redemption within 10 Business days from receipt of requests.
- We request you to avoid traveling and visiting public places which includes Aquamagicaa in case you have any symptoms related to any Covid-19 variants
- As per government guidelines, Senior Citizens above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women & Children below the age of 10 years are advised to stay at home.

- What's the dress policy?
Appropriate clothing and swimwear must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to deny access to any guest in inappropriate clothing or swimwear. Sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate
We highly recommend leaving behind your jewels, wrist watches and other valuables either at home or locker. For monsoon or cold/winter weather visits, we also recommend having a bathrobe as an additional layer. - Is swimwear mandatory in the Carnival Beach (wave pool) / Rain Mist (rain-dance)?
We recommend guests to carry and change into lycra or nylon swimwear if they wish to enter the Carnival Beach (wave pool) or soak in the Rain Mist (rain-dance) showers. Wash and change facility will be available. Alternatively, guests can purchase clothing/swimwear from park retail shop.

Aquamagicaa Party Kingdom has a separate evening access ticket. The day-ticket holder guests who wish to experience Aquamagicaa Party Kingdom 7pm onwards can purchase event access pass/ticket directly from Aquamagicaa Water Park ticket counter.
